The World Through My Eyes

So this one I have to thank /Film for finding. jCauty&SON are holding a Splatter exhibition at The Aquarium in London. The multi-media art show focuses on “the plausible impossibility of death in the mind of cartoon characters”.
Not sure really what to say to this...the only thing is WTF. Something as simple at the WB cartoons being portrayed like this is crazy. Now I know that that the cartoons were violent and that they were always trying to kill each other, but at the end usually everybody was okay. I guess that just kind of ruins them for me. Some consider this art, I appeantly don't see it. What do you think?

So, I'm not sure about this, but I don't think I would pay $79.00 for this. Its a classic NES game mounted in a shadow box frame. Now I don't think I would pay 79.00 for this since I could do this myself, but why would someone want to mount a game in a frame, why not just get a classic system and play the game. Don't get me wrong, I do find this kind of cool, but not cool enough to pay 79.00 for it. So my question to you, would you pay 79.00 for this, if not what would you be willing to pay for something like this? Here is where you can see their website.

So with the recent post of Rita Hayworth, it got me thinking about how I like pin up art. I think it is very classy, the women are beautiful with out being to revealing. Here are a few of the ones that I have stumbles upon. Some are the classic pin up are and some are newer ones that I have found. Some people think that these are degrading to women. I don't think that it is, I think it almost conveys a certain type of innocence, almost like they don't realize what they are doing. Almost naive. Let me know what you think.
